We hope the updates in V1.4.1 help you work more seamlessly and effectively. And also minimum requirement of Android version for PalmPOS has been updated to Android 12 and above.
1. Added new function - Customer Maintenance
You can now edit your customer information now in app. To edit existing customer, just click back the customer you have added and edit the information in Customer Maintenance.
2. Added new function - Tax Entity Maintenance
You can now manage tax entity in PalmPOS now. Tax Entity can be applied in Company Profile and Customer.
3. Added new function - Debtor Outstanding
You can now manage Debtor Outstanding in PalmPOS now. In Debtor Outstanding, you can view the credit sales outstanding and make credit payment within the app.
You can click to the customer that you want to view the outstanding details, or when you want to make the payment for the outstanding amount.
4. Support new payment gateway - Touch N Go (Dynamic QR Payment)
We are now supporting new payment gateway – Touch N Go! TNG now is integrated with OneSales PalmPOS for dynamic QR Payment. For end user, you may apply the TNG merchant account through your sales representative to use this function.
Select Show QR when payment and you can select TNG after setting.
5. Support new payment gateway - ADAPTIS (NFC Payment)
We are now supporting new payment gateway – ADAPTIS (Exisiting known as GHL)! ADAPTIS now is integrated with OneSales PalmPOS for NFC Payment which can support credit and debit card payment. For end user, you may apply the ADAPTIS account through your sales representative to use this function.
Select Card when payment to use this payment gateway
**Your Device must have support NFC to use this function.
6. Support direct submit e-Invoice
PalmPOS now can direct submit e-Invoice to LHDN whenever you have select debtor with tax entity. The QR code to request e-Invoice will not be show in the receipt if PalmPOS already direct submit the e-Invoice.
7. Added new receipt format - A4 Invoice
You can now send A4 Invoice report format to your customer direct from PalmPOS as PDF now. To select this A4 format, you need to click Print Receipt after payment, then select the A4 Invoice format.
8. Added new function - Receipt Header, A4 Report Header, Receipt Footer, A4 Report Footer
You can now modify your Receipt Header, A4 Report Header, Receipt Footer, A4 Report Footer in PalmPOS now. This can let you to change to the design that you preferred.
This setting can be find in Printing Setting.
