Highlights

We valued your feedback and here are some of the updates from v1.1.82!

1. Added new function - Product Multipack

Managing products that come in different pack sizes is now easier with the new Product Multipack feature. It allows you to set up different packaging or quantities for the same product so you can sell and manage them more conveniently.

For example, the same product can be sold individually as 1 PCS, as a Box of 10 PCS, or as a Carton of 5 Boxes (50 PCS), without having to manage each pack size as a separate product. All you need to do is setup each different pack with its respective rate at the Product Multipack section in your Product page bottom section.

2. Added new function - Product Bundle

You can now easily group multiple products and sell them together with the new Product Bundle feature. Simply create a new product and select Product Bundle at the Product Type. Under the Bundle Products tab, you can then include your sub-Product into this Product Bundle. After that, you will then be able to select this Product Bundle when you perform data entry in your Sales Documents.

The products included in the bundle will be displayed automatically, making it more convenient when selling commonly grouped products as a package. Bundle details can also be displayed on printed Sales documents.

3. Enhanced Journal Entry to display DR and CR difference at the footer.

It’s now easier to identify any difference between Debit (DR) and Credit (CR) when preparing a Journal Entry. The system will display the difference between the total DR and CR amounts at the footer, allowing you to quickly check whether your Journal Entry is balanced before saving.

4. Added CNY System Currency selection for Singapore Account Book.

Other than SGD, USD, AUD and JPY, you can now also select Chinese Renminbi (CNY) as the system currency for your Singapore Account Book.

5. Added GHS System Currency selection for Malaysia Account Book.

Other than MYR and USD you can now also select Ghana Cedi (GHS) as the system currency for your Malaysia Account Book.

6. Enhanced security for Tax Entity linked to Company Profile.

We’ve enhanced the security and access control for Tax Entity records linked to the Company Profile. A message will now be displayed when you are editing a Tax Entity that is linked to the Company Profile so you can easily identify it before making any changes.

Only Admin users or users with Administrator or Accountant roles can edit or delete these Tax Entity records. Other users can still view the information but will not be able to save any changes. Additionally, if the TIN or BRN is changed, the system will prompt for confirmation before saving to help prevent unintended changes to important tax information.

7. Improved Email Address validation to prevent emails from being sent to invalid addresses.

The system will now validate the recipient’s email address before sending an email. If an invalid email address is detected, the system will alert you and prevent the email from being sent, helping to reduce email delivery failures.

8. Added From Location and To Location Address fields in Stock Transfer Report.

Stock Transfer Report Design can now retrieve the From Location and To Location addresses, allowing you to display the respective location addresses in the report.

9. Optimized account linkages when changing Inventory System.

When switching the Inventory System between Perpetual and Periodic, account linkages in Product Posting that are no longer applicable will now be automatically cleared. This prevents unnecessary linkages from causing the account to remain in use when you need to delete it.

10. Improved File Upload mechanism.

The File Upload mechanism has been improved with better file validation to prevent unsupported or invalid file types from being uploaded.

11. Improved Email Debtor Statement sending size validation.

The system will now check the attachment size before sending a Debtor Statement via email. If the attachment exceeds 10MB, the email will not be sent and an alert will be displayed.

12. Added Company Profile’s Tax Entity fields to all reports.

Report Design can now retrieve Tax Entity information from the Company Profile, allowing you to display the relevant company Tax Entity fields in your reports.

The new release is available on 15 September 2026. That’s it about it today!
