1. Enhanced Cash Book Entry to Support Invoice Payment Knock-Off
Upon selecting a customer or supplier in Cash Book Entry, a list of outstanding invoices will be displayed on the same screen for users to select for knock-off, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate screen and streamlining the payment process.
2. Enhanced Self-Billed Document with Batch Functions
Added batch functions to submit for approval, approve, void, delete, and send emails for multiple self-billed documents, improving processing efficiency.
3. Added ‘Pay To’ and ‘Received From’ fields at Bank Transaction
Added ‘Pay To’ and ‘Received From’ fields in Bank Transaction to allow users to specify the payee or payer when creating payment or receipt vouchers during bank reconciliation.
4. Enhanced Monthly Sales Analysis to support Sales by Area and Group by Area
Added options to analyse sales by area and group sales data by area for more detailed sales reporting.
5. Enhanced Purchase Sales Analysis to support Purchase by Area and Group by Area
Added options to analyse purchases by area and group purchase data by area for more detailed purchase reporting.
6. Support search on Product Category in Product Page
Added the ability to search for products by product category, making it easier to locate specific products.
Disabled Hong Leong Bank integration
The Hong Leong Bank integration has been discontinued in Cloud Accounting.
