This guide will assist you in changing your subscription plans

Note: Change of subscription plans are only available 1 week / 1 month before the expiry of the subscription depending on your current existing payment frequency of the subscription plan.

To renew the Subscription, go to the Subscriptions. 

In the SUBSCRIPTIONS page, identify the subscription that you would like to change the subscription plan and click on Renew 

A plan renewal page should pop up upon clicking Renew. Click on Plan Selection to reselect the plan.

After that, you will be redirected to another page upon clicking on Plan Selection where you are able to select the plan you desire and the numbers of headcount to purchase, once you are in the Plan renewal page, you may select the desired plan. 

Once you have selected the desired plan, fill in the number of headcounts you would like to purchase for each individual modules and proceed with the next step of the payment by clicking onto Next.

After that, you will be redirected to the payment confirmation page where you can confirm the subscription details. To proceed, click on Payment Confirmation.

A payment confirmation pop up will appear and show the breakdown of the final amount required to be paid, once all the details are confirmed, click on Confirm & Proceed to Payment and you would be redirected to the subscription page to make the payment.
