This guide will assist you in creating a new subscription regardless of the plan.

Note: Only 1 (One) Subscriber is allowed per subscription and each subscription can have multiple company.


To create a new subscription, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS. 


In the SUBSCRIPTIONS page, scroll all the way down till you see Create Subscription, click on it. 


You will be redirected to the subscription creation page where you are required to select the plan to purchase, payment frequency, key in the number of headcounts to purchase in each individual module. Once completed, click onto Next to proceed to the next step. 


  1. In the next step, you are required to fill in the necessary details.
  2. Billing Party
  3. Dealer Code (if any)
  4. Company Name
  5. Registration Number
  6. Payroll Year

Once done, click on Next to proceed to the next page.


At the last step, you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you are required to double check the information of the company and subscription details. Once done, check the empty box to agree to the terms and condition and proceed with the option to create the subscription with a free trial month or directly make the payment to activate the subscription.
