This guide will assist you in setting up the bluetooth clocking method via the AC Payroll app.


Go to the AC Payroll application.

Click on Attendance.

Select an existing rule maintenance that you have previously created.



Select BLUETOOTH and select one of the Bluetooth that is in the Available Bluetooths.

 


Key in the name of the Bluetooth that you would like to add and click on the sign.

Click on the UPDATE and the Bluetooth details will be added to the rule and users will then be able to clock in / out using the newly added Bluetooth clocking method.

Click on Clock in

Click on the three dots at the top right corner to switch clocking method.

Select Bluetooth

Click on CLOCK IN once your mobile device has captured the Bluetooth beacon.

The clocking will be successfully recorded and captured.
