  • This function is used to determine what is the minimum and maximum acceptable OT Hour per day for an employee.

Scenario

Min. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day :0.5 

Max. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day: 4

Outcome: 

Employee that has a shift that follows this rule has to work a minimum of 30 minutes of OT, anything less than 30 minutes will not be counted and the maximum OT hours they can work is 4 hours, anything more than that will not be counted as well.
