This guide will assist you in maintaining a remark in your pay slip

Note: The remark has to be maintain in the payroll process.


To maintain the remark in the payslip, go to Reports



Select the desired report to customize and click on the edit icon next to the report name to edit the report.



Another method is to first click on Preview to preview the report.



Then click on the edit icon next to the printer icon to edit the report design.



The page will then be in designer mode for user to customize the report.



Click on the third icon at the right panel and search for Remark, then click and drag and drop to the desired place.



Click on the three lines at the top left corner of the screen to expand the panel / menu.



Click on Save As to save a new report and key in a unique name and click on Save to save the newly designed report.
