This guide will assist you in sorting payroll summary report by branch.


To sort payroll summary report by branch, go to Reports



Select the desired report to customize and click on the edit icon next to the report name to edit the report.



Another method is to first click on Preview to preview the report.



Then click on the edit icon next to the printer icon to edit the report design.



The page will then be in designer mode for user to customize the report.



Click on Detail 1 at the left side of the report design template, then under Properties, select a new property called GroupHeader1 (Group Header)


Then select Branch for Group By under Group Fields.



Select the Third icon which is the field list at the left side of the panel and search Branch and drag and drop it to replace the GroupByOptionValue.



Then click on the three lines at the top left corner of the screen to expand the panel / menu.


Select Save As



Enter a unique name of the new report and click on Save to save the report.



Go back to the main page to preview the report.



Select the newly designed report and click on Preview.
