This guide will assist you in extracting employee info from your main company to your perhaps subsidiary company or previewing purposes.


To Extract Employee Info from your main to company, go to Reports and search for 'Employee Detail Report' under Employee Reports.


Then, click on the Excel Export button located on the top right corner after you have configured the filter selections below.


After clicking the Excel Export button, you will need to select which fields/information of the employees that you wish to extract from the system. You can either select all fields or few of them to extract.


After that click on the arrow button to move the selected fields and click Export to proceed.



Once you have downloaded the file, you may open up the file to see if the info in the file is correct.
