This guide will assist you in adding the HRDF Contribution Amount in the Payroll Summary Report.
To add the HRDF Contribution Amount in the Payroll Summary Report, follow steps below:
1. Go to Reports > Management Reports > Payroll Summary
2. Replace the unused column (e.g., ‘Levy’) by changing the cell text to ‘HRDF’.

3. Open the Expression Editor, input the formula: [HRDF] * 0.01 then click "OK".


4. For grouping values, ensure the Grouping Method is set under: Properties > Summary > Running.

5. In the Expression field, enter the formula: sumSum([HRDF]*0.01) . Clik "OK" to save.


6. Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for the Grand Total column.

7. Save the report with a new report name to preserve the changes.
