This guideline will show you If you have forgotten your Cloud Accounting login password and are not able to login to your account, you may follow the steps in this guideline to reset it.
Steps:
1) At the login page, click ‘Forgot your password’.
2) Enter your email address and click ‘Submit’.
3) Go to your email, Click the ‘Reset Password’ button.
4) Enter your email address, key in your ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’. Then click ‘Submit’.
5) Click ‘Log in to account’.
Reset password completed.
