If you are unable to apply for leave through your AutoCount HRMS (ESS or mobile app), it is usually due to one of the following reasons:


1. E-Leave access is not enabled. 

  • Your user account may not have E-Leave access. You may check with your HR administrator to ensure that E-Leave is enabled for your registered email address.


2. Leave Closing has been processed.

  • Once Leave Closing is completed for a specific year, leave applications for that year are closed. Check with your HR for assistance.
