Employees can create a new claim request by copying the details from a previously submitted claim. This is useful for recurring claims that are submitted regularly with similar information, such as parking, mileage, or monthly allowance claims.

After copying the claim, employees can review and edit the details before submitting it for approval.




Steps to Copy a Previous Claim:

1. Go to ESS > My Claim > Claim Request.


2. Click Copy From on the Claim Request page.


3. Select the previous claim you wish to copy.


4. The claim details will be copied into a new request. Review and amend as needed.
