Employees to submit multiple claim entries in bulk using a predefined Excel template. This is useful when submitting a large number of claims at once, reducing manual data entry and improving efficiency.




Steps to Submit Claim via Excel Template:

1. Go to ESS > My Claim > Claim Request.


2. Click Download to get the Excel template.


3. Enter your claim entries in the template.


4. Save the completed Excel file.


5. Return to the Claim Request page.


6. Click Upload to import the completed file into the system.


7. Submit the claim request for approval.
