Employees can monitor the status of their submitted claim requests through the Claim Request page. This allows employees to check whether a claim is Pending, Approved, or Rejected, as well as review any remarks provided by the approver.
Steps to Track Claim Status:
1. Go to ESS > My Claim > Claim Request.
2. Check the Status column and Action Remark for each claim request.
3. You will receive a notification when your claim is Approved or Rejected.
