Users can edit or cancel a claim via Employee Self Service (ESS) after submitting a request.




Steps to Cancel a Pending Claim:

1. Go to ESS > My Claim > Claim Request.

2. Locate the claim and click the cross 


ℹ️ Note: Once a claim has been Submitted or Approved, it cannot be cancelled.




Steps to Edit a Claim:


1. Go to ESS > My Claim > Claim Request.


2. Locate the claim and click the pencil icon.

Whether a claim can be edited depends on its status:

Yes

Edit freely before submitting.

Submitted

No

Contact your approver to reject the claim, then re-submit a corrected version.

Rejected

No

Create and submit a new claim request with the correct details.

Approved

Contact HR for assistance if a correction is needed.
