2. Optional Deduction Items Updates (Effective 2026)

   1. CCTV for home use relief – Maximum relief capped at RM2,500.

   2. Household food waste grinder – Maximum relief capped at RM2,500 (Shared limit with CCTV for home use).

   3. Entrance Fees to Tourist Attraction and Cultural Programme – Maximum relief capped at RM1,000.    

   4. Disable Child Treatment - Maximum relief capped at RM10,000 (Shared limit with Medical Expenses on Serious Diseases).    

   5. Life Insurance / Voluntary EPF Contribution & Education and Medical Insurance - extended to includes for children maximum relief capped at RM 3,000.

   6. Vaccine Treatment - extended to includes all vaccines registered and approved by MOH maximum relief capped at RM 1,000.

   7. Fees paid to Childcare and kindergartens – extended to include for children below 12 years old maximum relief capped at RM 3,000.
      
      

Enhancements

1. Recalculate Overtime
   
   A new Recalculate Overtime function has been introduced to improve overtime accuracy.
   
   Description:
   
   
   • Allows users to manually refresh overtime values after modifying an employee’s clock-in or clock-out time.
   • Previously, overtime values did not automatically update after attendance adjustments.
   • With this enhancement, users can ensure overtime figures are recalculated after any changes.

2. Open API Enhancement - Leave Information
   
   The Open API has been enhanced to include Leave Information, allowing better integration with third-party systems.
   With this enhancement, users can now retrieve:
   
   
   • Leave types
   • Leave transaction and details
   • Leave balance
     
     

Bug Fixes

1. Payroll Process – Fixed responsive layout issue where the Basic column incorrectly switched to Piece Rate when screen size was reduced.

2. Attendance Request by Web – Fixed issue where selected dates were removed upon submission of overtime or adjustment requests.

3. Allowance, Deduction and Overtime – Fixed label overlap issue with the Save and Back buttons when scrolling upward.
