AC Payroll App Update (Version 3.1.2)

We’re excited to introduce AC Payroll Mobile App Version 3.1.2, featuring 1 new feature, 9 enhancements and UI improvements, and 1 bug fix. This update brings a smoother user experience, improved workflows, and new support for multi-country operations—helping you manage your HR tasks more efficiently, anytime and anywhere.


New Feature:


1. Support Singapore HRMS


The mobile application now supports Singapore HRMS, enabling seamless access for users managing Singapore-based employees. This enables multi-country HR operations within a single mobile platform.


The following modules are now available under Singapore: 


  • Leave

  • Payslip
  • My Approval
  • Announcement
  • Calendar
  • Shared Documents
  • Approval History
  • Leave Transaction




Enhancements:


1. Country Selection (Malaysia & Singapore)


Users can now access both Malaysia and Singapore environments using the same login credentials.


  • A country selection tab is available.
  • Users may switch between company environments directly within the app.
  • Supports multi-country administrators and regional HR teams.





2. Leave Application – UI Enhancement


  • Cleaner, more intuitive layout.

  • Improved field alignment and readability.
  • Streamlined leave submission flow.




3.  Attachment – UI Enhancement    


  • Refreshed design for better visibility.

  • Improved upload interaction and attachment preview clarity.






4. Payslip – Payroll Type Dropdown


  •  Added payroll type dropdown selection.
  •  Improves clarity for organizations running multiple payroll cycles.






5. My Approval – UI & Workflow Improvement


  • Cleaner approval interface.   
  • Enhanced visibility of approval details.

  • Improved action accessibility (Approve / Reject).





6. Shared Documents – UI Improvement


  • Attachments rename to Shared Documents
  • Refined layout for easier document navigation.

  • Improved document display clarity.
  • Better overall usability for policy and HR document access.





7. Approval History - UI Enhancement


  • Improved readability and structure.
  • Better visibility of approval status and timestamps.





8. Leave Cancellation selection


  • Enhanced selection mechanism for cancelling leave.   
  • More intuitive user interaction during cancellation process.






9. Notification – Select All Function


  • Added “Select All” functionality.
  • Allows     users to manage notifications more efficiently.





Bug Fixes


1. Login Page – Resolved an issue where users were unable to click login when keyboard been render down.
