This guide will assist you in checking the claim approval status as a payroll user.
Once user is in the company, click on Human Resource > Claim Transaction under Claim Management.
Once you’re in the claim transaction, you may apply filters to search such as Name, Claim Type and Year. Click Search to search for the entire company’s claim transaction if there’s no filter applied.
Right click anywhere on the screen and click on Column Chooser.
In the column chooser, search for Action Remark and tick the checkbox.
The action remark / status will then appear alongside with the claim transaction for user to track the status.
