This guide will assist you in decreasing employee(s) leave entitlement.
To decrease employee's leave entitlement, go to Human Resource > Leave Entry under Leave Management.
At the top right corner, click on Add New to add a new leave transaction.
Select the second option to Append (Adjust) the employee's leave.
Key in the reason, select the type of leave, key in the number of days to be decreased but in negative (‘-ve’) and select the employee that you would like to decrease / adjust the number of leave days.
Click on Save to save the transaction.
Although the leave has been appended / adjusted, it will still show deduct due to the negative (‘-ve’) figure keyed in.
