This guide will help you configure the settings to resolve the error encountered when applying for an Overtime Request.

This error occurs because the Attendance Rule Maintenance is configured to automatically detect Overtime (OT), making manual OT requests unnecessary.


To check and update this setting, follow the steps below:


1. Go to Human Resource > Rule Maintenance.



2. Click Edit to modify the rule.



3. Locate the checkbox labeled “No OT Request is required for OT Calculation.”



4. To allow employees to submit OT requests manually, uncheck this option.



5. Click Save to apply the changes.




6. Employees can now try submitting their OT requests again.
