Question:

When I submit e-Invoice, the status shows “Invalid” with error message “Submit document error: 403 - Forbidden”?





Possible Reason:

The intermediary permission in the MyInvois Portal is not enabled.



Solution:

1) Login to MyInvois Portal and go to View Taxpayer Profile.





2) In the Taxpayer Profile section, scroll down to Representatives > click on Intermediaries, then click on Edit for AXXX_XXXXHD intermediary.





3) Click on Continue.





4) Enable all the permissions, then click on Save.





5) Wait for the changes to take effect (it may take around 30 minutes based on experience).

 

After that, you can view the document and proceed to Re-submit it.
