Scenario:
Adam subscribes to one HRMS Cloud Subscription (Subscription 2026), which includes two companies: Company A and Company B.
After renewal, he receives only one invoice. He would like to split the invoice into two, based on each company.
Answer:
To split the invoices, one of the companies must be transferred to a seperate susbcription.
For example:
- Move Company B to a new subscription.
- If there is no existing subscription, create a new one (e.g., Subscription 2026-2).
You may refer to the following guides:
- Create new subscription: https://help.hrms.autocountcloud.com/support/solutions/articles/69000872893-creating-a-new-subscription
- Transfer company: https://help.hrms.autocountcloud.com/support/solutions/articles/69000866547-transfer-company
Once completed:
- Each susbcription will contain only one company
- Future renewals will generate separate invoices for each subscription.
Notes:
The invoice split will only take effect in the next renewal cycle.
