Users may set up a formula directly in the Claim Type setup.


Steps to Set Up Formula for a Claim Type:

  1. Go to Tools > Classification.

  2. Go to Claim Type.


  1. Locate the Claim Type and click the pencil icon.


  1. At the Fields with Number selected as the Field Type, click Formula.


  1. Enter the required formula (e.g., VALUE * 0.5).

  2. Click Close.


  1. Click Save to apply the changes.
