Users can import Claim Types and Carry Forward Claims into the system via Excel Import.


Two Templates available for import are:

  • Claim Type – Bulk Import Claim Type.
  • CF Claim – Carry Forward (CF) Claim Import for Opening Balance Migration.



Steps to Import Claim Type:

1. Go to E-Claim > Excel Import.

 

2. Click Download to get the Excel template.


3. Fill in claim type details.


4. Click Upload. The system validates data before creating records.
