Why can’t I see Tax Code and Tariff Code at Master Data > General?
Answer:
Whether Tax Code and Tariff Code appear under Master Data depends on your plan and your Tax settings.
If you are on the Lite Plan: Tax Code and Tariff Code are not available. Lite Plan does not include the SST module. This feature requires an upgrade to a plan that supports SST.
If you are on any other plan: Tax Code and Tariff Code are hidden because Tax setting is not yet enabled. To enable it:
1) Go to Account Book icon > Settings.
2) At General, click on Tax, and at Tax System select SST, then Save.
3) You should be able to see the Tax Code and Tariff Code now.
