Question:
I have created many sub-level accounts in my Chart of Accounts, but when I view my financial report, not all of them appear. Why is that?
* In this example, we refer to the Profit & Loss Statement Report.
Chart of Account:

Profit & Loss Statement Report:

Possible Reason:
Sub-level accounts may not appear if:
- There are no transactions or balances under those accounts for the selected period.
- The report is configured to display only up to a certain account level.
Solution:
1) In the Profit & Loss Statement report, tick the option “Show Zero Balance”.

2) Adjust the “Show Up To Level” setting to a higher level (e.g., change from Level 2 to Level 3 or 4).
(Maximum level supported is 5.)

3) Ensure your report filters (such as date range and report format) are set correctly, then click Inquiry.

4) The sub-accounts should now appear in your financial report.
